Foster Wheeler AG announced that its Global Engineering and Construction Group was awarded contracts on behalf of Saudi Aramco for the supply of engineering and project management services for the Fadhili Gas Program development, in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia Kingdom.
Foster Wheeler will execute the FEED for a basic calcium plant, which will have a total planned processing capacity of 1,5 billions standard cubic meters per day of non associated gas. In addition to a gas plant, Foster Wheeler production unit will also include Khursaniyah on-shore facilities, oil pipelines downstream Fadhili, living quarters and industrial support structures at the new gas plant. The new Fadhili Gas plant, will be built about 30 kilometers south-west of the existing Khursaniyah Gas Plant.
